  • This site does not host APK files from unofficial sources
  • This site links to verified external sources — it does not control their content
  • Complaints about manga sources accessible through the Kotatsu app should be directed to those source sites directly

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, your message must include all of the following. Incomplete notices cannot be processed.

Required fields — every notice must include all of these
1Your full legal name and contact information (email address and mailing address)
2A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3The exact URL or URLs on this site where the allegedly infringing content appears
4A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, made under penalty of perjury
6Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name constitutes an electronic signature)

03 Process

What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

Receipt confirmation
We acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours of receiving it.

Review
We review the notice for completeness and verify the content identified at the URLs provided.

Action
If the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the content promptly — typically within 24 to 48 hours.

Notification
We notify you once the content has been removed. If a counter-notice is filed, we inform you as well.
04 Counter-notice

Counter-Notice Process

If content you submitted or published on this site was removed following a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error or the result of misidentification, you may file a counter-notice.

A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the URL where it appeared
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Send counter-notices to the same address: richardsjhonsk@gmail.com. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
